Indo Acidatama (IDX: SRSN) Will Distribute Cash Dividend of IDR 1 per Share

PT Indo Acidatama Tbk. (IDX: SRSN) announced the distribution of cash dividend of IDR1 per share. The dividend distribution had been approved by the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on (AGMS) on 5 August 2021.

During 2020, the Company recorded a net income of IDR44 billion. Based on the AGMS, it will distribute IDR6 billion of its net income as cash dividends, therefore every shareholder will get a dividend of IDR1 per share. The AGMS also stated that the Company will use the net income as a reserve of IDR1 billion and the remaining amount of IDR37 billion as retained earnings.

The schedule for dividends' distribution are as follows:

1. Cum dividend for regular and negotiation market: 16 August 2021;
2. Ex-dividend date for regular and negotiation market: 18 August 2021;
3. Cum dividend for regular and negotiation market: 19 August 2021;
4. Ex-dividend date for regular and negotiation market: 20 August 2021;
5. Recording date for those entitled to the dividend: 19 August 2021; and
6. Dividend payment date: 8 September 2021.      

SRSN was traded on IDR56 per share as of the closing trade on 6 August 2021. It means that the dividend yield of SRSN is 1,78%.
