PT Catur Sentosa Adiprana Tbk. (IDX: CSAP) will distribute cash dividends with the total amounts of IDR17.83 billion from its net income in 2020. Therefore, each shareholder will get a cash dividend of IDR4 per share. The cash dividend distribution has been approved by the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) held in Jakarta on 19 August 2021.
During 2020, the Company recorded an increase of 4.8% yoy in its revenue from IDR12.08 trillion to IDR12.66 trillion. However, the net income decreased 0.59% yoy from IDR60.83 billion to IDR60.48 billion.
The AGMS agreed to use IDR17.83 billion or 19.72% of the Company's net income in 2020 as cash dividends and IDR0.2 billion as reserve funds. The remaining amount will be retained as retained earnings to strengthen the Company's working capital.
The schedule for dividends' distribution are as follows:
- Cum dividend for regular and negotiation market: 27 August 2021;
- Ex-dividend date for regular and negotiation market: 30 August 2021;
- Cum dividend for cash market: 31 August 2021;
- Ex-dividend date for cash market: 1 September 2021;
- Recording date for those entitled to the dividend: 31 August 2021; and
- Dividend payment date: 22 September 2021.
CSAP share was opened at a level of IDR555 per share at the session trade on Monday, 23 August 2021. Based on this price, the dividend yield ratio is 0.7%. During this year, CSAP's share price has increased 41.19% YTD.
During the first half of 2021, the Company recorded an increase in both revenue and net income. The revenue increased 16.67% yoy from IDR5.4 trillion to IDR6.3 trillion. The company also reported a net income of IDR79 billion, a 155% increase, compared to IDR31 billion in the first half of 2020.
